Outside of these hours and at weekends responsibility for patient care is passed on to Practice Plus Group (Out-Of-Hours). Their Contact Number is: 0300 130 3018, however the door of the surgery is open all day from 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. 

We hold the Extended Access service for West Drayton between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. We have a Nurse, a HCA and a GP here. These appointments can be booked via reception but are subject to availability.
