Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

We have a long established Patient Participation Group (PPG) since 2011. We meet every 3 months to discuss ideas on how we can improve the service and discussing results from the Friends and Family Questionnaires (FFTs)

PPGs are a way to development patient involvement in the services provided and to encourage people to engage with the NHS at the same time.

They can also provide practical support for the practice. In the past members and helped with our annual flu clinics in directing and engaging with the patients. They have also helped with surveys within the practice asking patients to complete questionnaires which were then analysed.
